The main area of Nick's practice focuses on the construction industry by providing representation to property owners, general contractors, subcontractors, plumbers, engineers, electricians, and other tradesman, and artisans as well as design professionals and material suppliers. Extensive experience includes all components of construction related negotiations, disputes, litigation, lien claims, construction defect cases and payment disputes. Nick also has a wide range of experience relating to real estate and property disputes representing property owners, developers, landlords, tenants, and property management companies. Another facet of Nick's practice includes vast experience handling water damage and mold claims. Nick also has been a frequent speaker on handling water damage and mold claims. Extensive experience with building foundation failures, water intrusions, and foundation defect claims are also among his specialties.
