Extensive experience includes all components of construction related negotiations, disputes, litigation, lien perfection, construction defect cases and payment disputes. Nick also has a wide range of experience relating to real estate and property disputes representing property owners, developers, landlords, tenants, and property management companies. Another facet of Nick's practice includes vast experience handling water damage and mold claims. Nick also has been a frequent speaker on handling water damage and mold claims. Extensive experience with building foundation failures and foundation defect claims is also one of his specialties.
